REVIEW :
Okay, i won't hide it.The Gladiators and me aren't really what you could call "good friends" ...we have a bit of an history , but i will try to stay a bit objective and review their site as if i didn't know who they are ( anyway i rarely go there so it's just like if i was a nobody for them )...
The first feeling i get when i see the homepage is ...
"Ah, a personnal homepage of a startrek fan that took a basic image and slapped it on his homepage"...Since i am known as the king of HTML programming on planet Earthand since i don't give a flying shit about Flash stuff, let's go directly to the "non flash" door.
Ah, interesting it's no StarTrek anymore, now it's a stargate SG1 site...mmmm nice graphics otherwise...Alright, let's summarize a bit...
What 's amazing on that site is that there is not a single page with a visual identity, nothing ...every page is different and a bit messy, like you don't really know where to find what you're looking for ( but how can you since it is written nowhere what it is all about ) ...as if one day you have someone with graphics skills making you a cool menu, and the other day another guy with no graphics talent slapping a quick page that makes the whole thing butt- ugly...
The subgroup/whatevery they call it websites are unreadable, empty of content and very very very ugly ...why didn't they leave the guy that did the cool stargate main menu do the rest of the graphics , i wonder, it would have been so much better in that case, but heh, too late, i was there before it happened...
Hey, let's pick one of the sites and inspect it...at randome i will chooose...mmmmm ....*drum roll*...mmmm....*drum roll*....RAG TAG FLEET !

"new site and layout"...whoa man, what it must have been at the older site...because this one isn't like it was painted by picasso...oh well :)

how where are the screamin' models man...i don't see "MODELS" anywhere...ah maybe it's "DATABANK"..let's see...
And i click on "MILITARY", and i see a page opening on the right frame ( frames..ewww ) with a message that seems to indicate the page doesn't exist...shit, these guys are so cool they already copyrighted stuff that doesn't exist...mmm ok, i'm nice, let's try another one...
And i click on "RAG TAGGER I", and i see the same thing happening, and i conclude without any further investigation that this site is a big joke.
And i click on "LINKS", and i see a page with some ugly graphics that don't even fit the original ugly graphics of the site ( RAG TAGGART STUFF SITE ) ...
My conclusion :
Well guys, it's been a blast....i definitely need to come back later to see if it will improve ( or not )...
WHEN YOUR SITE IS USELESS, DO NOT PUBLISH IT
If you guys want me to review your site ( if it is a startrek site , don't bother asking ), well just post the URL at the forums and i'll see what i can do !
